I got some door seals for my Tesla Model Y, but the rear ones turned out to be too long. I reached out to Basenor, and they said they'd send replacements as soon as the right-sized seals were in stock. Once they were ready, I made another order, and after checking that the rear seals fit properly, I got a refund for the second order. I'm really grateful for their effort to fix the issue!

The customer support from Basenor really made my day. Initially, I was pretty upset with my Tesla sunshade due to a significant sagging problem, but the way Basenor's team addressed my issue was fantastic. They took the time to communicate with me via email until we figured out a better solution. They recommended an upgraded sunshade that consists of two separate pieces to fix the sagging problem of the original single-piece design. Even though the new version cost a bit more, they provided a full refund for the upgraded product. The new sunshade works perfectly. Big thanks to Basenor!

You gotta get this item if you own a new Model 3 or Y. It’s designed to cut down on those annoying road noises when you're cruising on the freeway. This kit adds an extra layer to the factory seals already there. A big tip for putting it on is to TAKE YOUR TIME and make sure the surface is prepped right. The kit includes primer wipes to help the strips stick better. I’d recommend cleaning the inner door frame with some alcohol or soapy water and letting it dry completely before you stick on the seals. They might look a bit long, but trust me, no cutting is needed. Just don’t stretch the seal while you’re putting it on the door edge. Start as close to the edge as you can. I even made small cutouts at the bottom of the seal just to help with water drainage through the door frame. Not sure if the manufacturer suggests that, but it gave me some extra peace of mind (even though it doesn’t rain much where I live).

On top of that, the door now closes with a much more solid sound.

Plus, the kit comes with seals for the frunk and trunk too.

I got the sunshade for the windshield along with the roof set. They do an awesome job of keeping the heat inside the car down. Plus, BASENOR was super friendly and really helpful.

I just started using the Basenor Windshield Sunshade Folding Visor/Protector for my Model 3. It fits the windshield perfectly, has a convenient opening for the rearview mirror, and stays put when the car's parked. This thing does a great job protecting both the dashboard and the touchscreen. Lately, the weather's been getting sunnier and warmer, and this sunshade really helps keep the temps down inside the car, though it’s not as effective as if I had parked in the shade. Overall, I'm pleased with it and would definitely recommend it.

I recently picked up a sunshade for my Tesla Model Y, and it does an amazing job! It blocks out the sun like a champ! I’m really into it! My ride was heating up to over 100 degrees, so I decided to grab this sunshade, and it truly keeps the car nice and cool. Plus, it’s super simple to fold up and down. You gotta have this when the temps rise!

I ordered three things this time around. Two showed up the very next day, while the last one took a couple more days. Super quick, in my opinion. I got the Model 3 air filter, a storage box for the backseat floor, and a divider for the trunk side pocket. Everything fits just right. The floor storage is perfect for holding a small box of tissues, and the trunk divider looks like it came straight from the factory. I’d say it’s a solid choice if you need these items. Naturally, the air filters fit well and seem to do their job just fine.

This sunshade works great with my 2021 Tesla Model Y. I appreciate the Velcro that sticks to the mirror. I really enjoy using it when I'm waiting and charging up the car.
